In the second quarter of 2025, the Android platform in Lithuania saw varied performance among the top news and magazine applications, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

X (Formerly Twitter) experienced some fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $397 in mid-May and closing the quarter with $328. Weekly downloads peaked in mid-June at 401, while active users showed a decrease from 32.6K at the start of the quarter to 30.9K by the end.

Medium showed a modest increase in weekly revenue, reaching around $159 at the end of April, then stabilizing around $108 by the end of June. Downloads saw a peak of 34 in the last week of June, and active users remained relatively stable, ending at 221.

Bloomberg: Finance Market News had a notable surge in weekly revenue, peaking at $286 in mid-May. Download numbers remained low, with a slight peak at 15 in early April. Active users saw minor fluctuations, maintaining around 37 by the end of the quarter.

NYTimes: US and Global News experienced a revenue increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching $91 in late June. Downloads remained steady with a slight peak at 18 in late June, while active users hovered around 50, ending at 46.

Finally, Le Monde, Live News maintained stable revenue with a peak of $42 in mid-April. Downloads were consistent, peaking at 12 in early June. Active users showed slight variations, ending the quarter at 41.
